The first foundation established in North Carolina, The Winston-Salem Foundation, is widely-known as a community leader; convening resources and ideas to create positive change. Creating a new headquarters for the Foundation was an exciting project for Walter Robbs. The LEED Silver® upfit spans 15,000 square feet on two levels, and features an innovative open-office floor plan, a custom-designed reception desk, collaborative conference spaces, and large meeting rooms. The new Winston-Salem Foundation headquarters is prominently located in the 751 West Fourth building, a development named by NAIOP as North Carolina's top building project of 2014.
