Trader’s Row is a five story, 110,000 SF brick building located in Winston-Salem’s Downtown Arts District. This new mixed-use facility contains sixteen upscale urban condos on the top two floors, with secured parking below. As the first new condos to be built on Trade Street at the time, these modern spaces range from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet and boast dramatic views of the downtown skyline and Pilot Mountain. The building’s first three floors contain both retail and commercial office space. Our firm’s Winston-Salem office, located on the third floor, was awarded a Silver LEED Commercial Interiors Certification in 2008. Learfield (formerly ISP) occupies much of the first two stories of the building. The company’s main entrance is reminiscent of a historic baseball park gateway and the interior houses a wooden basketball court with grandstand stadium seating looking down on the lobby from the open second floor balcony.
The third floor office upfit, a LEED-certified project, achieved Silver level certification.
